About Matthew Dell
With over 16 years of real estate experience and hundreds of successful transactions across Tampa Bay area and Central Florida, Matthew Dell brings a deep, well-rounded understanding of the market—rooted in both family tradition and hands-on expertise.
Raised around real estate, Matthew Dell's passion for the industry began early, inspired by his father, Paul, A real estate professional and home builder. From growing up in the very homes his father built to tagging along on property photo shoots and witnessing firsthand the extra lengths his father would go for clients—such as cleaning and prepping a vacant home to help it sell for top dollar—Matthew Dell learned early on that dedication and client service are at the heart of this business. A pivotal moment came during college, when attending a real estate conference with his father in 2009 sparked a career-defining decision: to pursue his real estate license and begin what would become a lifelong calling.
Starting his career by shadowing top agents and teams in the Tampa area, Matthew Dell built a strong foundation in contracts, marketing, negotiations, and understanding what clients truly want during a home sale or purchase. Over the years, he has sold properties in nearly every corner of Central Florida—from Valrico to Sarasota, Lakeland to Riverview, Bradenton to Wesley Chapel—and developed a local’s insight through having lived in many of these communities himself. His service area now spans Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota, Polk, Pasco, Pinellas, Lake, and Orange counties.
In addition to residential sales, Matthew Dell has unique experience in home renovations and short-term rentals, having renovated properties himself and managed successful Airbnbs—adding another layer of firsthand knowledge for both investors and homeowners. His practical understanding of construction and design, coupled with strategic marketing skills, allows him to help clients present their homes in the best possible light and maximize their return.
Together with his father, he co-founded The Dell Team, where they earned a reputation for integrity, results, and client advocacy. After five years of growing the team’s success and closing deals on everything from new construction homes and townhouses to large acreage estates, luxury waterfront properties, and land for development, they took the next step and launched their own brokerage, American Dream Real Estate Group, in 2017.
Founded with the goal of aligning their business practices with their core values, American Dream Real Estate Group was built to put service, integrity, and community first. One example of this is their Community Heroes Program, an initiative created to give back to those who serve. Through this program, qualifying Military members, Veterans, First Responders, Nurses, Medical Professionals, and Educators are offered significant savings—selling their home for half of the standard commission rate—as a thank-you for their service to our country and communities.
