With over 25 years of real estate experience, Paul Dell is the founder and broker of American Dream Real Estate Group, a company built on a foundation of integrity, industry expertise, and a passion for helping clients maximize their return on one of life’s most important investments.

Paul began his real estate career with Century 21, where he was recognized as an outstanding first-year agent. He quickly rose through the ranks, earning his broker’s license and managing offices in South Tampa and Riverview for one of the largest Century 21 brokerages in Tampa. In this role, Paul mentored agents and helped shape their path to success, all while continuing to deepen his knowledge of the real estate market across Florida.

Fueled by a shared passion for real estate, Paul partnered with his son to return to sales, forming a dynamic team that has successfully sold hundreds of homes across Tampa Bay, including Hillsborough, Polk, Manatee, Sarasota, Pasco, and Pinellas counties. Known for going above and beyond, Paul draws on his unique background in residential construction to help clients not only buy and sell homes but also understand how to unlock their full potential and value.
